Red Hen Farm
Red Hen Farm in Missoula focuses on providing local and fresh produce and fruit to the community or visitors, as well as peace from the farm for anyone to come enjoy. The farm has U-Pick opportunities available for anyone to come by and pick their own organic produce. They offer various kinds of fruit to choose from, the most popular of which are strawberries and raspberries. Red Hen Farm provides many other amenities, including a CSA share. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, which is when a community of individuals pledge to support a farm operation making that farmland more or less the community’s farm through mutual support and sharing. The share comes with different benefits, from eggs to flowers. Red Hen also has a farm stand where you can get many fruits, veggies, eggs, and much more.
