Proudly serving Stumptown Roasters coffee since 2004, Dog River Coffee is a community watering hole and gathering space and is named after Dog River which was an early name for Hood River after a party of starving travelers resorting to eating dog meat.
Dog River Coffee celebrates Lewis and Clark and their expedition through special signage and logos around its coffee shop. It is located in the old newspaper building of Hood River.
