First Settlement Country Store and Antiques is located in an 1800s Victorian-era storefront in the historic French settlement of Ste. Genevieve.  The original pressed metal commercial façade adds elegance to this former butcher shop.  First Settlement features quality antiques specializing in primitives and fine glassware such as carnival glass, old milk glass, rs Prussia china, lamode china, and opalescent glassware.  Also in stock are jewelry and collectibles from the 30s-40s.  Come see the large collection of vintage linens!  In addition, this charming store carries some antique toys, handcrafted wood accessories, and stained glass items.

Whether shopping for yourself or looking for a gift, First Settlement has such a unique variety of items that come with a history. You won’t find a collection like this anywhere else!
