Make plans to attend the Ste. Genevieve Master Gardeners’ annual Garden Walk held in the downtown historic district of America’s oldest French Colonial village!  Just as some paint with brushes, these gardeners create beautiful pictorials that mirror Ste. Genevieve’s rural roots and French heritage. Come visit with gardeners steeped in best practices to learn more about growing prized roses, peonies, foxglove, iris and many more varieties of flora.

This is a unique opportunity to tour private and public gardens. Several gardens are part of historic homes in Ste. Genevieve and are typical of the 18th century time period. The Master Gardeners’ plant sale begins at 9am on Saturday and extends to Sunday while supplies last. Other activities include private vendors, discounts at participating downtown merchants, art exhibits and, on Saturday, the Farmers Market.
