Opened in 1872, Tower Grove Park is a wooded Victorian park that provides recreational, educational, and cultural opportunities to the public.  Featuring approximately seven thousand trees over 289 acres, Tower Grove Park is a well-preserved urban oasis.  Flowerbeds and grassy meadows create an urban green space in St. Louis, while free and low-cost activities produce experiences for residents and visitors.  From the Children’s Performances to the Farmers’ Market, there are plenty of cultural opportunities at the Park.  Tower Grove Park features many amenities including Victorian Era pavilions, picnic sites, playgrounds, statues, tennis courts, and natural landscapes like waterlily ponds.  The Park is open from sunrise to sunset, every day.
