North Dakota’s Gateway to Science is a children’s museum overlooking the Missouri River with interactive exhibits teaching science, technology, engineering, and mathematics skills. The museum’s mission is to “inspire the discovery of Science through hands-on experiences.” Visit the museum to see exhibits about anatomy, machines, transportation, aerospace engineering, energy, and water, all while learning about STEM careers and inspiring creativity and problem-solving. The museum will soon open a maker space that will help develop practical skills in design and innovation, featuring 3D printers, laser cutters, sewing machines, electronics, and more.
