Gallery 115 – Eric Phagan Art Studio/Gallery
The Eric Phagan Art Studio/Gallery is located in Gallery 115. In this elegantly nostalgic environment, nationally acclaimed and award-winning Indiana artist Eric Phagan creates and exhibits both his sculpture and paintings. Enjoy Eric’s paintings of Ohio River valley landscapes and local streetscapes on the main floor. Visit his figurative sculptures and drawings on the second level while watching the artist at work at his easel or enjoy live music in his painting studio.
The elegant 1840s structure that houses Gallery 115 has not undergone any significant renovations since 1917. The structure has a lengthy history and has stood on Madison’s main thoroughfare for more than 170 years. When inside or outside the building, a lot of what you see is original. Our main objective in designing the room was to create a cozy, nostalgic environment reminiscent of the 1920s through 1940s. So, the next time you’re in the area, stop by and experience “Old Madison’s” charm.
