Two Cultures-One Community Powwow (TCOC)

The inaugural TCOC Powwow in Pendleton brought together over 600 dancers from across the U.S. and Canada, including the renowned host drum, Northern Cree from Maskwacis, Alberta. This year, they are expecting an even bigger turnout of dancers, spectators, and vendors!
