Parker’s Restaurant
Parker’s Restaurant is known for many things across the state: their many sandwich varieties! At last count, this quaint restaurant in Drummond, located about fifty miles from Missoula and seventy miles from Butte, last had 135 different burgers on the menu, offering a burger or sandwich variety sure to please even your most picky family members. In addition, the expansive menu also features soups, steaks, pasta, and often, daily specials, and make sure to leave room for their homemade desserts. Thursdays even often come complete with Taco Thursday specials. Stop by the restaurant Tuesdays through Saturdays; Parker’s is open on said days year round from 11:30 to 7:00 pm, and is one of the best places to stop if you find yourself hungry as you drive through the scenic I-90 views.
