Check out this 6.2-mile point-to-point trail near Warrenton, Oregon. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 18 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and running, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are March through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
This is a beautiful trail that takes you from Fort Clatsop to Sunset Beach. This trail is primarily done as a point-to-point, which requires leaving a car at both trailheads. There is a variety of terrain and landscapes throughout. Be mindful of nearby private property in some sections and please stay on the trail. The beach at the end is the perfect reward for all your hiking. This trail can be hiked as a point-to-point by dropping a second car at the end. Otherwise, you can choose to turn around and hike back to the start, doubling the mileage.
